Training at Nu-Pro

The company has an excellent record of providing training for all employees in order to maximise their potential.

As well as providing on the job training which is planned, recorded and supervised, Nu-Pro provide COSSH training, Health and Safety and Fire training as a matter of course for all its shop floor employees.

Specialist training on the use of particular machines and equipment is provided and as a ’Treatments Centre of Excellence’ Nu-Pro strive to keep its staff up to date with the latest thinking and technologies.

Training is also provided for first aiders, NDT levels, fork lift operation, employment law, credit control, and financial CPD courses.

The company also currently employs two apprentices who are pursuing training in Electrical Installation City and Guilds 2330. and one is now on an Introduction to Engineering course leading to a level three City and Guilds diploma in Engineering. To date they have achieved a distinction, merits and good passes in different modules.

Independent training in-house and through the use of external resources will be applied using a method of continuous improvement through ongoing training programmes, as and when required

Training is recorded on a company training document for each employee as well as induction programme details.
