Chemical milling process description
Aluminium milling
Nu-Pro is
currently approved by BAe and Aircelle for aluminium etch.
The
chemical milling is based on the BAe Systems specification. As BAe represent
approximately 75% of the UK market for chemical milling we believe this to be
the industry standard. Nu-Pro is
also approved by Aircelle to use this specification.
The tanks are 10,500L 4.5m long by 1.25m
wide and 1.8 m deep.
We have three tanks etch, rinse and
de-smut.

The de-smut is in the fore ground,
rinse in the middle with etch at the end
