• Wash, blast and clean parts and materials before processing
• Mask areas for selective plating.
• Treat parts in proper solutions; monitor solution levels and notify supervisor for solution correction.
• Load and unload plating equipment as instructed.
• Report any questionable work to supervisor.
• Assists other operators with various plating operations as assigned.
• Maintains work area in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
• Adhere to Nu-Pro company policies
• Performs other duties as requested, necessary or appropriate.

In addition to the above, Operators are to maintain an organised, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices. Management may change responsibilities and/or assignments to meet the business needs without prior notice.

• Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication (written and oral) skills.
• General understanding of typical measuring methods in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and/or understanding of important aspects of AS9100 Quality Management System a plus.
• Understanding of basic shop math.
