All levels of the bill of materials handled to the customers’ requirements including machining, electroplating, surface treatments (special processes), painting, bonding and sub-assembly as well as non-destructive testing and chemical milling.

Nu-Pro Limited hold AS9100, NADCAP and an extensive range of Aerospace and Defence industry specific approvals which enables us to provide a wide range of coatings and testing processes to our customers. We have forged strong relationships with the leading Aerospace and Defence companies and also those in their supply chains and can offer multiple processing in one location which provides an efficient, cost effective and fast turnaround as demanded by the customer. We work on many aerospace parts many of which are classified as safety critical and provide comprehensive documentation to enable a consistent quality finish every time.

We work with a large number of medical customers to provide high quality coatings to very exacting standards. To enable us to perform in this high precision industry we offer fully traceable documentation which is in full compliance with our customer’s specification requirements.

Automotive

Nu-Pro Limited offer a wide variety of finishes to the automotive sector ranging from high performance low volume Motorsport to the largest automotive manufacturers. A key requirement for today’s motor vehicle is the use of environmentally sustainable finishes, we recognised this and have invested in significant Zinc Nickel plating capacity at our site which is a process extensively used by the industry due to its exceptional corrosion resistance and safe environmental properties.

Oil and Gas

The Oil and gas sector has some exacting design requirements which have to be considered when selecting the correct surface treatments including salt water corrosion, anti galling, anti fret and galvanic reactivity. We can offer technical expertise from four facilities all of which are supported by key customer approvals. Nu-Pro can offer you the customer optimised surface treatments and performance for a wide range of components many of which are critical to the design performance.
